Car – From Congress Street, turn onto Farnsworth Street. The Craft Beer Cellar is in the third building on the left. There is hourly garage parking located at 17 Farnsworth St. as well as meter parking available on Congress St.
Subway – Take the Silver Line to Court House station Take a right out of the station onto Thomson Place. Follow this road to the end, take a right onto Congress Street. Take your next right onto Farnsworth Street. Flour is in the first building on the left.
Or take the Red Line to South Station. You’ll come out next to the Federal Reserve building. Take a right and walk along Summer Street to the water. At the bridge, take a left onto Dorchester Avenue and walk along the water to Congress Street. Cross the bridge (passing the Children’s Museum), continue two more blocks, and take a left onto Farnsworth Street. Flour is in the first building on the left. See the MBTA map
How many locations will visit?
That depends on which tour you select! There are typically no fewer than three (3) stops and no more than five (5) stops on our tours. Please check our Tours page for more information regarding specifics.
Are the stops the same for each tour?
No way! We try to mix things up, which allows us to visit more of the many producers in Massachusetts – and it also means that if you decide to come on a second tour, you have the opportunity to have a new experience. But don’t worry – all the locations we visit are unique and delicious. We’ve taste-tested them all!
Is the Mass Brew Bus wheelchair accessible?
Currently we do not have a accessible vehicle, but please contact us to see if we can work something out.
How long will the tour last?
That depends on the tour. Times are listed for each tour on our Tours page.
Will you wait for me if I'm running late?
If you have provided us with a contact number, we will try to call you at least a few minutes before we leave. Because we are dealing with so many different businesses and moving parts, though, we simply cannot leave any later than the departure time listed for each tour. We therefore strongly suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to departure.
If I miss the departure, can I meet you partway through the tour?
No. We do not allow guests to meet us partway through our tours. It wouldn’t be fair to you or to other guests on the tour, as we pride ourselves on the flow of our tours and the full experience we provide.
Are there tasting fees?
There are no tasting fees for the samples you will receive at each stop, as we have already covered samples in our all-inclusive ticket price. If you don’t want to, you won’t have to open your wallet at all after showing us your I.D. to start the tour. That said, all of the locations we visit will have retail operations of some kind. Beyond the samples we cover for you, please feel free to support our local businesses by purchasing some additional samples (if time permits) or taking merchandise or beverages home with you. Many items found along the way cannot be purchased elsewhere, and we have coolers on the buses for cold storage!
Do I have to be 21 to ride the bus?
Yes! ALL I.D.s will be checked at least once by The Mass Brew Bus staff, and there is a chance your I.D. will be checked at other establishments we visit as well.
I have a group looking to book the entire bus, how doI I go about doing that?

Can I drink alcohol on board the bus?
No open alcohol containers are allowed on the bus. If you decide to open an alcoholic beverage, you will be asked to leave the tour. We do have warm and cold storage available on the bus for any purchases for later consumption that you make along the tour, though.
Is there water available on the bus?
Absolutely. Complimentary bottled water is provided to each guest at the beginning of each tour.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your reservation, we will be sad that you won’t be joining us but if you contact us with 72 hours notice or more, we will refund your money, minus a 10% processing fee. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS available less than 72 hours prior to tour time or if you miss the bus.
Will my tour be canceled?
Not likely, but possible. In the event of severe weather or a lack of guests, the tour may be canceled. If there are six (6) or less seats booked, the tour may be subject to cancellation (so bring all of your friends)! Should either of these cases arise, you will be refunded in full for your ticket or you can select an alternate tour date.
